Elevate Therapy and Wellness

Hi, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that specializes in working with complex trauma, identity issues, and marriage and family distress. I enjoy working with the adolescent population and LGBTQ community. In my work, I often use a narrative therapy approach to help individuals, couples, and families step back from the problem-saturated stories they've been told or come to believe about themselves. Together, we explore how those stories took shape, what values and strengths may have been overshadowed, and how we can begin to co-author a new narrative — one rooted in resilience, possibility, and authenticity. However, I do not believe in a one size fits all and will tailor my approach to the unique client I am working with. I also utilize the following evidence base practices: Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Play therapy (children), Internal Family Systems, and Emotion Focused Therapy. I aim to provide a non-judgmental space where one can feel safe to embark on their journey to self-discovery and healing.
